The role

Learning changes lives - and we're here to drive that change.

We support people wherever and however they want to learn, so they can achieve their learning goals and uncover new possibilities.

Today, we reach more learners than ever, in more ways than ever.

And we're just getting started.

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and growth of a portfolio within the Revision and Test Practice product team. Working closely with colleagues across Editorial, Sales, Marketing and Product, you will use market insight, customer understanding and product performance data to shape product plans and inform strategic decisions. You will play an important role in ensuring our products continue to meet the needs of teachers and learners while supporting revenue growth, market share and long-term business objectives.

In this role, you will take ownership of a designated subject area, monitoring market trends, curriculum developments and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation. You will manage products throughout their lifecycle, from evaluating new opportunities and refining existing offerings through to supporting successful market positioning and launch activities. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, you will help develop clear product propositions and messaging that communicate customer value and support commercial success.

You will also work closely with authors, educational experts and external partners, building strong relationships to support the development of high-quality content and resources. Alongside contributing to project planning, budgeting and performance monitoring, you will help coordinate activity across multiple teams to ensure products are delivered effectively, on time and within budget. This role offers the opportunity to combine market insight, product thinking and cross-functional collaboration to shape a portfolio of products that have a meaningful impact for teachers and learners.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension. We operate a hybrid working policy that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office.
