- Are you eager to further develop your leadership within the advanced practice environment?
If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Join us and take the next step in your urgent care career.
Our Minor Injury Units across Oxfordshire care for approximately 5,000 patients each month, delivering high-quality specialist care closer to home and reducing the need for patients to attend acute hospital settings.
The role involves working across a shift pattern that includes weekends, bank holidays and nights. We welcome applications for both full-time and part-time permanent positions.

You will demonstrate sound clinical judgement, excellent decision-making skills and a compassionate, patient-centred approach to care.
You will be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team where collaboration, shared learning and high-quality care are central to everyday practice. This role offers the opportunity to broaden your clinical experience, develop your skills across minor injury and illness pathways, and contribute to the GP Out of Hours environment.
We are committed to supporting your ongoing professional development through a structured programme of training and education.
