As a Support Worker, the people we support are at the heart of everything we do. You'll work closely with each individual, getting to know their needs, goals, and preferences, so you can provide truly personalised support-helping them live active, fulfilling, and valued lives every day.

• Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment.
• Providing support during recreational activities, outings and community integration - this includes swimming, cycling, rugby/football, rock climbing, surfing and running.
• Promoting independence, self-esteem, confidence and celebrating their achievements and milestones.
• Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise.
• General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation.

• A full UK driving licence - essential for supporting our individuals with transport to appointments and activities.
• No experience needed - just passion, patience, and commitment!

Right to Work Requirement: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and, where applicable, hold a visa with at least 18 months remaining at the time of application. We cannot accept applications from Student Visa holders or candidates requiring sponsorship or sponsorship transfers. Successful candidates with a time-limited right to work will be employed on a fixed-term contract ending on their visa expiry date.

Please note: This job role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
