Support Worker

You don't need previous care experience - we're looking for the right values. A great Support Worker will have:

• A caring, patient and resilient approach
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends on a rota
• A full UK driving licence (essential)
• A willingness to learn - full training is provided

This Support Worker role involves regulated activity with children and requires an Enhanced DBS with children's barred list check.

We're looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our warm and welcoming Oakfield service in Cardiff, supporting children with learning disabilities, autism, and emotional or mental health needs.

• Promote emotional, physical and social wellbeing through consistent, caring support
• Build strong, trusting relationships so every child feels safe and understood
