Head of Information Security

Head of information security Contract 6 months | 3 days per week | Bath/Remote | Inside

We're looking for a senior security leader to take on a high-impact transformation assignment within a major UK organisation operating across utilities, infrastructure, construction and other complex businesses. You will be responsible for stabalising the team as well as planning the strategy for the future. There is some flexibility if you would prefer 2 days a week.

You'll lead a security function of around 15 people during a significant period of change, helping define the future security strategy and operating model across IT, OT and Digital.

The role:

• Define the future Information Security strategy
• Lead and develop a 15-person security function
• Mature cyber capability across IT, OT and Digital
• Shape the future security, technology and automation blueprint
• Improve security governance, architecture and risk management
• Advise senior leadership on cyber risk and strategy
• Strong problem solving ability

3 days per week: 1 day Bath, 2 days remote
