Senior Delivery Lead - Financial Services

Senior Delivery Lead / Outside IR35/ Hybrid (60% onsite in Yorkshire) / 6 month Contract

I'm looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to support a transformation programme within a UK building society's savings business. You'll help improve day-to-day processes and optimise operations across branches, contact centres, back-office teams across multiple business units.

You'll coordinate multiple squad leads and work closely with the client's programme leads. Coaching the internal change team is a key part of the role, alongside strengthening delivery plans and helping senior stakeholders turn process improvements into measurable business benefits.

Essential Experience

• A track record of leading comparable transformation or process improvement programmes in financial services.
• Hands-on delivery leadership, strong stakeholder management and experience coaching change teams.
• Savings or building society experience would be particularly useful, as would experience converting time savings into realised FTE or financial benefits.

If you are interested in this role and have relevant experience, please apply or email your latest CV to simon.odonnell@opusrs.com ASAP!
