Role Overview

In joining this leading firm as a Solicitor in the Court of Protection team, you will work to provide quality legal advice to clients. Based in their office in the West Midlands you will manage a caseload from the offset, helping clients with financial management with the aim to improve quality of life for clients who lack mental capacity.

Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor who can demonstrate:

• NQ-3yrs PQE with a Court of Protection background;

• Highly organized;

• Commercial awareness;

• Ability to work collaboratively and independently;

• Ability to work in a pressurized environment.
