Patient Advisor in Southampton

• Building relationships with patients and ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment
• Assisting in patient consultations
• Scanning patients eyes using state of the art equipment as part of a full health check
• Assisting patients to complete health questionnaires
• Introducing patients to their optometrist
• Scheduling treatment dates
• Discussing finance options
• Accurately maintaining patient records

Hours - Part-time, 16/24 hours (must be flexible to work weekends)

Salary - from £27,000 pro rata + benefits
