• Welcome guests and create a warm, genuine first impression
• Build a strong understanding of the menu and drinks offering, providing recommendations with confidence
• Deliver attentive and professional service throughout the guest journey
• Work closely with the Head Waiter and wider restaurant team to ensure a smooth and well-paced service
• Anticipate guest needs and respond naturally and proactively
• Maintain high standards of presentation across the restaurant at all times

• Experience within a restaurant, luxury hospitality or premium dining environment
• A confident and personable approach when engaging with guests
