Head Waiter/ Waitress

• To ensure the correct set up of the Restaurant and area and to perform all the relevant opening and closing duties
• To ensure table lay out, lay up, furniture and accessories for the service and consistent to required standards of presentation.
• Have complete knowledge of the afternoon tea menu and wine list.
• Ensure highest standards of customer care at all times, providing a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
• Supervise waiter/ess to deliver afternoon tea service.
