About The Lobby Bar
The Lobby Bar sits at the heart of the hotel, welcoming guests, theatre goers, Londoners and business travellers throughout the day. From morning coffees to evening cocktails, it is one of the busiest and most varied spaces in the hotel, offering a fast paced and social working environment.

What you'll do

Welcome guests and create a warm, genuine first impression
Build a strong understanding of the menu and drinks offering, providing recommendations with confidence
Deliver attentive and professional service throughout the guest journey
Anticipate guest needs and respond naturally and proactively
Maintain high standards of presentation across the restaurant at all times
