Commis Waiter or Waitress

As a Commis Waiter / Waitress, you will play an important supporting role within the front-of-house team, helping to deliver flawless service while learning from experienced hospitality professionals.

• Support the waiting team to ensure seamless and efficient service
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Prepare and maintain mise en place and service stations
• Reset and present tables to the highest standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant
• Anticipate the needs of guests and colleagues during service
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen, bar and sommelier teams
• Assist with opening, closing and side duties
• Uphold the exceptional service standards expected at MA/NA

• Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential
