This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a genuine passion for fashion, footwear and social trends, who is confident creating content and wants to build a career in social media marketing within retail.

What we are looking for

• Some experience creating content for social media, either professionally, through a placement, or via a strong personal/freelance portfolio.

• Basic video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot) and design skills (e.g. Canva).

• Excellent written communication skills with a good eye for tone of voice and brand consistency.

• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple content pieces and deadlines at once.

• A genuine interest in fashion, footwear and pop culture/social trends.

• Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Sprout Social, Later, Meta Business Suite) is desirable but not essential.

What we are offering you

• Support the planning, filming and editing of short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) showcasing new product, trends and in-store activity.

• Assist with organising and shooting content, including product, lifestyle and behind-the-scenes shoots.

• Write engaging, on-brand captions and copy for organic social posts.

• Help maintain a content calendar across all channels, ensuring posts are scheduled in line with trade priorities and campaign launches.

• Source and edit imagery/video using tools such as Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions across social channels in a timely, on-brand manner.

• Flag customer service issues raised via social to the relevant team and follow up to ensure resolution.

• Build relationships with followers and engage with relevant brand, customer and community content.

• Escalate any negative sentiment, PR-sensitive comments or safeguarding concerns to the Social Media Manager promptly.• Keep across social media trends, platform updates and competitor activity, feeding ideas back to the team.

• Identify trending sounds, formats and hashtags relevant to OFFICE and OFFSPRING's audience.

• Support influencer and creator outreach, including gifting, product sends and tracking content delivered.• Support the Social Media Manager in pulling together weekly and monthly performance reports across channels.

• Track key metrics including engagement, follower growth, reach and click-throughs to site.

• Help identify top-performing content and share learnings with the wider marketing team.• Work closely with the Buying, Design and Ecommerce teams to align social content with product launches and promotions.

• Support in-store teams with social content requests, including store openings and events.

• Liaise with the wider Digital Marketing team to ensure organic and paid social activity are aligned.
