Environmental Services Team Leader

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for helping us to create a better, cleaner environment for North Norfolk and doing the right thing for our communities, businesses and the environment.

Our Environmental Services team are responsible for delivering a range of front facing services, including in some of Norfolk's prime visitor destinations, covering waste collections, street cleaning and grounds maintenance.

Each day in Environmental Services is different - a new query, service issue or work request that you will help resolve. You will lead on the monitoring and management of the work of our contractors, ensuring the required performance is delivered and high quality outcomes achieved.

You will lead a team of professional Officers, ensuring that the team and the Council meet their statutory obligations and ambitious objectives.
