  • Collaboration: Foster a positive team environment by supporting colleagues, motivating others and contributing to shared business goals and site performance measures.

Your Ingredients for Success

You will bring a practical approach to work, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems and following established processes to deliver results safely and efficiently. Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential, as full role-specific training will be provided.

  • Manufacturing & Technical Skills: Ability to monitor, operate and respond effectively to equipment performance issues and faults.
