We're looking for a Finance Director to co-pilot the B2C and B2B business strategy for Nespresso, providing strong financial leadership, insight and control across the market. You'll play a key role in supporting business decision-making, driving performance, and ensuring the highest standards of governance, accounting and reporting.

Your Impact
Reporting to the Business Executive Manager, with an indirect reporting line to the CFO, you'll act as a true business partner to the leadership team, helping shape strategy, improve performance and deliver sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities include:
• Co-pilot the local B2C and B2B business strategy, ensuring decisions are grounded in clear financial insight and aligned to regional plans.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting and performance management across divisions and channels, including Dynamic Forecast and MBS processes.
• Provide robust analysis, recommendations and challenge to support management decision-making and identify opportunities for growth, efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Ensure accurate, transparent and timely accounting and reporting in line with Nestlé and Nespresso standards, corporate requirements and local legal obligations.
• Maintain strong internal controls, ensuring guidelines are understood, implemented and followed across the business.
• Manage legal, tax and statutory requirements in partnership with relevant internal and external specialists.
• Drive process improvements by working with local, regional and HQ teams to simplify ways of working, improve data quality and enhance efficiency.
• Develop, motivate and coach the Finance & Control team, building capability, succession plans and a high-performing culture.
• Bring an external lens through competitor understanding, benchmarking and market analysis to support strong commercial choices.

Your ingredients for success
To succeed, you'll bring strong finance leadership, commercial curiosity and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, practical business recommendations. You'll be confident partnering with senior stakeholders and comfortable operating in a matrix organisation where collaboration, challenge and influence are key.

Essential experience and skills:
• Previous experience in a finance co-piloting, business controlling, sales controlling or senior Finance & Control role.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, accounting and internal control processes.
• Experience using financial insight to support commercial decision-making and business strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge constructively at senior levels.
• Experience leading, developing or coaching teams.
• Strong analytical capability, with confidence turning data into clear recommendations and actions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial performance and business implications clearly.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related discipline

Desirable experience:
• FMCG, retail or premium consumer brand experience.
• International experience or exposure to a multi-market organisation.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar systems supporting end-to-end business processes.

If you're excited by business partnering, strategic finance and helping shape the future of a premium brand, we'd love to hear from you.
