Base Salary: £27,500
On-Target Earnings: £60,000 - £85,000 (Uncapped)

What you will be doing

• Handling inbound and outbound sales enquiries for life insurance products

• Providing customers with clear, fair, and accurate product information, in line with our commitment to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)

• Meeting and exceeding individual and company targets across both sales and quality assurance

• Supporting customers with professionalism and care, giving them peace of mind that those who matter most are protected

• No cold calling - you'll speak to customers who have already shown interest in life insurance

• Uncapped OTE of £60,000 - £85,000

• Experience in a sales role or sales environment, preferably within a call centre
