Sales Coordinator

An exciting opportunity to join the National Gallery's Commercial Events Team as a Sales Co-ordinator, supporting the team to meet and exceed sales targets.

We're looking for someone with enthusiasm, a proactive approach and strong client facing skills. Experience in a front-of-house or customer focused role would be useful.

The successful candidate will provide sales and administrative support to the team, including responsibility for managing venue hire enquiries, ensuring they are qualified and processed promptly and professionally. The role will help generate income, maximise opportunities across the Gallery and increase commercial activity.

You'll also support the team with marketing and business development activity, as well as representing the National Gallery at trade shows and industry events.

This is a full-time, one-year fixed-term contract and includes flexible hybrid working. Interviews will take place on w/c of 30th November.
