  • Drive innovation, continuous improvement and best practice across engineering delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with commercial and project delivery teams to balance technical, programme and cost considerations.
  • Help ensure successful transition from design and construction through to testing, commissioning and operational handover.

You'll be a technically strong engineer with experience delivering complex rail or infrastructure projects and enjoy working across multiple disciplines to solve challenging engineering problems.

You'll bring:

  • Significant experience within rail systems or major infrastructure engineering.
  • Experience delivering technical assurance and managing engineering interfaces.
  • Strong understanding of UK engineering standards and CDM Regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and communicate technical information clearly.
