Regulatory Reporting Analyst

• You have a good understanding and experience of producing LCR, NSFR, PRA110, ALMM returns
• You're excited by data and have a sharp eye for detail
• You have a proven record of delivering to strict deadlines
• You want to automate or enhance recurring processes, particularly by leveraging technology, but know how to balance this with getting the actual reports out!

• You have knowledge of coding languages like SQL would be a bonus, although a willingness to learn is just fine

💰up to £55,000 (depending on experience) ➕ incentive awards tied to your performance

📍This role is based in our London office on a hybrid basis. We expect 1 - 2 days per week working from the office.

🔑 You'll play a key role by...

• Producing Monzo's regulatory liquidity reporting, ensuring robust and consistent controls across all outputs to support regulatory compliance and internal governance requirements
• Documenting the applicable regulatory interpretations and communication
• Assisting the wider team produce Monzo's capital and liquidity regulatory reporting and disclosures (including Pillar 3)
• Executing and improving the controls required to ensure regulatory reporting is timely, accurate and complete
• Ensuring all our regulatory reporting runs like clockwork
• Using data visualisation tools to build dashboards and facilitate sign-off and useful insights
• Designing brilliant ways to automate your work and leverage technology to ensure we scale with the business
