Hours: Full-time apprenticeship
Hours of Work: 32 hours per week, with one day per week dedicated to college attendance as part of the apprenticeship programme.

As an Apprentice Electrician, you'll work closely with our experienced installation teams, supporting the delivery of renewable energy projects across the Southwest.

You'll gain practical experience in the installation, testing and maintenance of solar PV systems, battery storage and EV charging points, whilst continuing your formal apprenticeship training and working towards your qualification.

This role will provide exposure to a wide variety of projects, helping you develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed for a successful career in the electrical and renewable energy sectors.

• Supporting qualified Electricians with testing, commissioning and maintenance activities
• Learning to interpret installation plans and technical drawings
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with industry regulations
• Supporting fault finding and aftercare visits under supervision
• Travelling to customer sites across the South West as part of the installation team
• Building evidence towards your apprenticeship and qualification requirements
• Acting as a professional and approachable representative of Mole Energy on site
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard
• Occasional overnight stays for larger installations (with expenses covered)
