The role
Build a career in agriculture with a farmer-owned business at the heart of the Southwest.
Our Agri Graduate Trainee Programme is designed for graduates with an interest in the commercial side of agriculture. Over 12 months, you'll gain hands-on experience across key areas of our Agri business, developing an understanding of how feed is manufactured, formulated, sourced, sold and delivered to our farming customers across the UK.
From day one, you'll be involved in meaningful projects, working alongside experienced colleagues to develop both your commercial and technical knowledge. Through rotational placements, you'll gain exposure to key areas of the business, and start building the skills and relationships needed for a successful career in agriculture.
As a farmer-owned business with deep roots in the Southwest, we're looking for graduates who are excited to build a long-term career in agriculture. This programme provides the foundations for a rewarding career across areas including agricultural sales, livestock nutrition, technical support and customer account management.
