The role

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of facilities management services across one or more sites. This is a key leadership role where you'll ensure all contracted services are delivered in accordance with legal, statutory, and client requirements, whilst maintaining high standards of compliance, customer service, and operational performance.

What you'll do

Lead and support the operational delivery of facilities management services across single or multiple sites.
Ensure all services are delivered in line with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving operational challenges, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
Maintain high standards of health and safety, compliance, service quality, and operational performance.
Monitor service delivery, driving continuous improvement and best practice across all areas of responsibility.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and site teams.

Applicants must meet the following requirements

A relevant qualification in Facilities Management or a related discipline.
Strong general educational background.
Evidence of continued professional development within the Facilities Management industry.
Demonstrable experience managing facilities services within a customer-focused environment.
