The role

📍 Southampton SO31
💷 £28,369 per annum
🕒 40 hours per week | Monday-Friday | Shift pattern between 7:00am-5:00pm

What you'll do

Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, colleagues, and contractors.
Managing visitor registrations, access passes, and check-in/check-out processes.
Creating exceptional first impressions and ensuring a seamless visitor experience.
Supporting meeting room operations, workplace events, and visitor journeys.
Responding to workplace queries and providing excellent customer service.
Maintaining reception, meeting rooms, and communal spaces to the highest standards.
Support health, safety, security and emergency procedures
Acting as an ambassador for the workplace and delivering a hospitality-led experience every day.
Build strong relationships with colleagues and visitors, delivering a "How Can I Help?" service approach
Work collaboratively with workplace, facilities and guest services teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What We're Looking For

Experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, retail or another customer-facing role.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional presentation with strong attention to detail.
A proactive, positive, and solution-focused approach.
Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple priorities.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Word.
Experience using visitor management or room booking systems would be an advantage.
An SIA licence is preferred, however full training and support to obtain an SIA licence will be provided for the right candidate.
