Mitie the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company are growing our IKEA Security Operations Centre and are looking for people to join us on a permanent basis. Previous experience monitoring CCTV is required, along with a CCTV SIA licence. So, if you are an excellent communicator with a great telephone manner and computer knowledge then we want to speak with you!

Customer service, CCTV Operator, incident reporting

• Report and present to the IRMC Manager and supervisors
• Using CCTV to identify criminal behaviour happening with IKEA Units
• Supporting IKEA Co-workers on the phone
• Input of security and crime incident data into a central database
• Providing a high level of customer service to our client
• Engagement with the MITIE loss prevention team

• Varied shifts Monday to Sunday, Shifts are between the working hours of 11am till 10pm Monday to Saturday and 10:00am to 6:00pm on a Sunday.
