  • Troubleshooting minor technical issues and escalating significant faults to the relevant technical support team

  • Ensuring surveillance footage is recorded, stored and handled in accordance with data protection legislation, privacy requirements and company procedures

  • Supporting the training of new team members in CCTV systems, security procedures and incident protocols

  • Working closely with security personnel and emergency services, providing real-time information and access to footage when required

  • Remaining alert, calm and professional when responding to incidents and working under pressure

Who we're looking for

The following qualification is essential:

Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or within a relevant security role would be desirable.

You will also have:

  • The confidence to communicate effectively during high-pressure situations

  • A calm, logical approach to problem-solving and decision-making

  • An understanding of data protection, privacy requirements and security protocols relating to CCTV operations
