What you'll do
Role Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain dining and service areas, including furniture, trolleys, and cleaning equipment.
- Serve food and drink in correct portions and wash dishes, cutlery, and catering equipment.
- Clean all catering areas daily and follow health and safety standards.
- Handle cash collection, banking, and maintain records and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers, managers, and colleagues to deliver excellent service.
What we're looking for
- Previous catering experience as a barista is desirable.
