Working closely with the Head of Data and Data Engineer, you will help transform data into actionable information that supports decision-making across football performance analysis, recruitment, sports science, medical and wider club operations.
This role would suit someone with experience working in football, performance analysis, sports science or a related discipline who is passionate about data, enjoys solving problems, and is keen to further develop their analytical and technical skills.
What you'll do

- Analyse football, performance, sports science and operational data to identify trends, insights and opportunities.
- Support the integration and validation of data from multiple football and business systems.
- Work with key stakeholders across the Club to understand requirements and help deliver data products that support decision-making.
- Produce clear and engaging visualisations and reports tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Assist in ensuring data quality, consistency and accuracy across reporting outputs.
- Support ad-hoc analytical projects across football operations, performance analysis, recruitment, medical and other business-related departments.
- Contribute to the development of self-service reporting and analytics capabilities across the organisation.
- Document reporting processes, business definitions and analytical methodologies.
