Insights Analyst

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with large datasets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI.

• Qualification in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience in data analysis.

• Experience working with Microsoft Fabric and Azure-based data environments.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and data pipeline management.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and SharePoint platforms.
• Exposure to retail, merchandising, floor planning, category management, or commercial analytics environments.

As an Insights Analyst, you'll:

• Analyse and interpret large datasets to identify trends, opportunities and actionable business insights.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and visualisations to support merchandising, ranging and space planning decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders across Trading, Merchandising, Floor Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Digital and Store Operations teams.
• Support the development of self-service reporting solutions and help improve data accessibility across departments.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity and quality of range and merchandising data.
• Translate complex information into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, increase efficiency and deliver scalable solutions.
• Support the successful delivery of key merchandising and floor planning initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.
