The role

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Restructuring Manager to join a highly regarded advisory firm, leading a varied portfolio of restructuring and insolvency engagements while working closely with lenders, investors and company directors. This role offers significant client exposure, leadership responsibility and a clear pathway for career progression within a growing team.

Lead complex restructuring and insolvency assignments
Take on significant client responsibility

What you'll do

Manage a portfolio of restructuring and insolvency engagements from inception through to completion.
Lead financial reviews, business assessments and cash flow forecasting assignments.
Support businesses, lenders and other stakeholders through periods of financial distress and transformation.
Prepare reports, proposals and recommendations for clients and key stakeholders.
Manage administrators, analysts and junior team members, providing coaching and technical guidance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships whilst identifying opportunities for additional work.
Work closely with senior leadership on complex restructuring and turnaround projects.
Ensure all assignments are delivered in line with regulatory and professional standards.

The Successful Applicant

Must hold a professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPI or JIEB
Previous experience within restructuring, recovery, insolvency or turnaround advisory
Strong technical knowledge of corporate restructuring and insolvency processes
