The role

An Education Organisation are looking for an Interim Senior HR Business Partner to join at short notice. The role is to support the Strategic Partnering activity, restructuring and complex casework. The role is based in London with hybrid working.

What you'll do

An Interim Senior HR Business Partner to:

- Provide strategic partnering support to your client group during a period of change

- Partner with the organisation on talent management, developing people plans, succession planning, workforce planning and engagement

- Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

- Lead and support change programs including organisational design, restructures and redundancies

- Support complex employee relations casework

- Identify risks and challenges to provide solutions with your client group

- Support with cultural transformation and development

- Support with TUPE

- Partner effectively with trade unions to lead consultations and negotiations

The Successful Applicant

An Interim Senior HR Business Partner with:

- Previous strategic partnering experience

- Experience of leading change management initiatives and complex casework

- Previous experience working within a unionised environment

- Good stakeholder management experience to support an organisation through change

- Able to start at short notice
