The role

Recruiting for an OD Partner on interim basis. This is an interim contract till the end of the year (Dec 2026) whilst they appoint for the perm and 12 month FTC. You'll lead organisation design reviews from diagnostic through to implementation, working directly with Executive Directors, senior leaders and subject matter experts. Birmingham City Centre (2 days onsite) Day rate up to £650, PAYE, Inside IR35

What you'll do

Lead end-to-end organisation design reviews and transformation projects
Facilitate design sprints and stakeholder workshops
Develop organisation structures, operating models and workforce solutions
Deliver diagnostics and change impact assessments
Influence and coach senior leaders through complex change programmes
Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
