Assistant Management Accountant / Management Accountant

This role offers hands-on exposure to month-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and management accounts within a fast-growing data centre business. You'll gain broad financial experience while supporting the finance team during an exciting period of expansion.

• Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support month-end processes, including journals, accruals and prepayments.
• Help improve finance processes and controls within a growing business.
• Work closely with the finance team to support day-to-day accounting activities and business growth.

• Studying towards or interested in pursuing a professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/AAT).
• Previous experience in a finance or accounting position with strong attention to detail.
• Confident supporting month-end processes, including journals and reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to work accurately with financial data.
• Motivated to develop within a fast-growing business and take on increasing responsibility.
