CRM Marketing Manager

As CRM Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for end to end email and SMS marketing activity, helping campaigns reach customers clearly and on time. You will need Salesforce experience to deploy campaigns that support customers through the lifecycle.

• Plan and deliver customer strategies across email and SMS channels
• Manage campaign schedules to ensure messages are sent at the right time.
• Build, schedule and deploy campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Develop automated customer journeys and personalised communications
• Work with various colleagues to coordinate campaign activity and priorities
• Review campaign content before release to maintain accuracy and consistency
• Monitor campaign performance and use insights to optimise future email and SMS communications

• Experience managing email marketing and SMS marketing campaigns
• Demonstratable experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience managing end to end email campaign delivery
• Confident writing SQL queries
• Experience working with large customer data sets and ability to analyse campaign performance data
• Confident managing multiple projects
