We are seeking an exceptional Waiter/Waitress to join the Dante Mayfair team at Claridge's.

As Waiter you will be responsible for:

• Having a detailed understanding of our food menu and a great knowledge of our beverage programmes.
• Ensuring all set up duties and mise en place are completed before service.
• Assisting the Head Waiters to maintain a flawless and detailed service.
• Ensuring effective communication during service with Head Waiters, Sommeliers and Commis Waiters.
