What we're looking for
- Extensive technician experience in aerospace, advanced manufacturing or uncrewed systems.
- Strong electrical and mechanical assembly skills, including complex diagnostics.
- Experience leading, mentoring or training a technical or production team.
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
Familiarity with CAA, MAA or EASA requirements and eligibility for SC clearance would be advantageous.

The role
Senior Technician
Maxwell Bond is partnering with a leading defence technology company to recruit a Senior Technician with experience in aerospace, advanced manufacturing or uncrewed aircraft systems.
What you'll do
You'll combine hands-on electrical and mechanical expertise with day-to-day team leadership, coordinating builds, modifications and repairs while maintaining quality and improving productivity.
- Carry out electrical wiring, mechanical assembly and complex fault diagnosis.
- Coordinate workloads and allocate resources across concurrent builds.
- Guide and train technicians, supporting consistent standards of workmanship.
- Resolve technical issues and adapt delivery priorities as requirements change.
