We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Service Expert to join our Food and Beverage team at Sheraton Heathrow Hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experience and operational excellence.

We'll support you in and out of the workplace by offering:

• Deliver outstanding food and beverage service, ensuring every guest enjoys a high-quality dining experience.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs with confidence, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Work flexibly across all Food & Beverage outlets, maintaining high standards and exceeding guest expectations at every opportunity.
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately and efficiently, providing seamless service from start to finish.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through upselling and promoting additional products and services.
• Process guest bills accurately and in line with established policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a positive team environment while supporting the department in achieving guest satisfaction and revenue goals.
