Retail People Business Partner

• HR Business Partner or People Partner experience in a multi-site retail, hospitality or customer-facing environment.
• Strong employee relations and UK employment law knowledge.
• Experience coaching and influencing leaders.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting organisational change and transformation.
• Knowledge of talent and succession planning frameworks.

• Desirable
• CIPD qualified (or working towards qualification).

Partner with Regional Managers and retail leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams across our store and concession network.

You'll translate people strategy into practical actions that improve performance, engagement, retention and customer experience, while supporting leaders to make effective people decisions. This is a highly visible, field-based role with regular travel across the retail estate. You will need to be commutable to our Huddersfield HQ.

Partner with Regional Managers to deliver people plans aligned to business objectives.
Use people data and insights to identify opportunities and drive performance.
Influence and challenge leaders to improve accountability and decision-making.
Support workforce planning and organisational change initiatives.

Drive a high-performance culture through effective performance management.
Support succession planning and development of future talent.
Coach and develop leaders to build capability and leadership effectiveness.

Use colleague feedback and insights to improve engagement and retention.
Support change initiatives and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters and employment legislation.
Coach managers through complex people issues.
