Quality Control Analyst - Magnesium | 6-12 Month Maternity Cover
Manchester | Standard office hours | 37 hours per week | £29,000-£33,000 depending on experience
Bring your analytical experience to a specialist materials business where the quality of your work has a direct impact on production, customers and products used in demanding industries. Luxfer MEL Technologies is looking for an experienced Quality Control Analyst to join our Manchester Materials Quality Control team on a full-time fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.
You will carry out hands-on analysis, testing and inspection primarily across our magnesium product range, supporting incoming materials, in-process control and final product release. This is an excellent opportunity for an analyst who enjoys practical laboratory work, understands the importance of accurate and traceable results, and can confidently support a busy manufacturing operation.
If you are an experienced analyst who combines technical accuracy with a practical, responsive approach, we would be pleased to hear from you. Apply with a CV showing how your laboratory, metallurgical testing and quality-control experience meets the requirements of the role.
As a Disability Confident employer, we will ensure that a fair and proportionate number of disabled applicants that meet the minimum criteria for this position will be offered an interview. If you wish to request that your application be considered under the terms of our Guaranteed Interview Scheme, please explicitly state so in your CV and / or accompanying cover letter.
