Job Title: Lettings Consultant
Location: Ryde
Brand: Hose Rhodes Dickson
Salary: Competitive Salary Package
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am to 4pm with a day in lieu during the week

Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants
Booking and carrying out property viewings
Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
Achieving personal and branch sales targets
Representing the company in a professional manner
Building strong relationships internally and externally
