The role

Job Title: Conveyancing Consultant

Location: The Meadows, Camberley

Brand: LRG

What you'll do

Making calls to LRG sellers and buyers in order to introduce Bolt Conveyancing services.
Generate conveyancing referrals and convert opportunities into sign ups
Increase and optimise the company revenue from Conveyancing opportunities
Ensuring accurate records are maintained within the CRM system
Deliver exceptional customer service to LRG sellers and potential buyers
Support the achievement of personal and team targets
Ensure branch teams and regional managers are briefed on matters that arise where further action is needed

What are we looking for

Previous experience within estate agency, conveyancing or a telesales environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate the ability to hit and exceed targets
Excellent communication skills over the telephone
High attention to detail and accuracy
Professional, confident and customer-focused approach
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
