The role
- In this role, you will provide administrative support to branch personnel, across multiple deliverables
- You will be responsible for material requisitions, liaising with suppliers and procurement to ensure timely progression of branch activities
- Maintain all site documents and notices, across all aspects of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for our hours management system for the site engineering team
- You will support all departments with clerical duties
