Join Inspire North as a Team Leader!

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for supporting young people to achieve positive and lasting change?

As Team Leader within our Our Way Leeds (OWL) Core and Cluster Service, you'll lead a dedicated team providing safe, trauma-informed and person-centred support to young people with complex needs. Working closely with the Service Manager, you'll help ensure the service delivers excellent outcomes while creating a supportive and empowering environment for both clients and colleagues.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll provide day-to-day leadership, oversee service delivery, supervise and develop staff, manage referrals and rotas, support safeguarding processes, and maintain strong partnerships with external agencies. You'll play a key role in ensuring young people receive high-quality support to build independence, resilience and confidence, while maintaining compliance with organisational, contractual and regulatory requirements.

In return, you'll join a values-driven charity that invests in its people. We offer flexible working, generous annual leave, learning and development opportunities, an excellent pension scheme, wellbeing support, and the chance to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people every day. If you're ready to lead a passionate team and help shape positive futures, we'd love to hear from you.

What we're looking for

  • Experience leading, motivating and supervising teams within housing, support, health, social care or similar environments.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, trauma-informed practice and supporting young people with complex needs.
  • Ability to develop effective partnerships with local authorities, housing providers, social care and other external agencies.
  • Organised, proactive and committed to equality, diversity, inclusion and anti-racism, with the ability to maintain high standards of service delivery and performance.

Why Join Us?

At Inspire North, we know that when people feel supported, appreciated and encouraged to be themselves, they can do amazing things - and we want you to be part of that.

Here's what you'll enjoy as part of our team

We proudly embrace diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive, anti-racist environment where everyone can thrive by being their true self. Join us in driving this important agenda forward and help shape a workplace where all voices are valued!

If you're ready to use your skills to help others succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
