In their own words

About the company & team

Leeds Mencap is a local charity that offers support to children and young people with a learning disability, their families and carers. Our vision is that children and young people with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs reach their full potential in the communities we serve, where every individual is valued, supported, and equipped to thrive.

We're based at the Vinery Centre in East Leeds, which is a friendly, modern, purpose-built centre with excellent facilities and resources. Alongside our core services - activities for children and young people, family support and specialist nursery - we offer a community nursery and hire out rooms to similar providers, community groups and other organisations.
