Senior Oracle Developer

• A strong background as a Senior Developer, with hands-on experience developing Oracle solutions, including SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle APEX.
• The ability to solve complex technical problems, diagnose issues and explain technical detail clearly to non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative, thoughtful approach, with the confidence to communicate, guide, challenge constructively and build strong relationships across cross functional teams.
• Experience of working on large scale technology-based transformation programmes.

You'll be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining high-quality Oracle software, database systems and APEX applications, predominantly in the Mortgages space in our business.You'll bring strong technical expertise, sound judgement and a collaborative approach. As a senior member of the team, you'll work across the business with stakeholders, provide technical expertise and help drive continuous improvement in how we deliver change safely and effectively.
