Training Officer

Please kindly note this is a role working across all the above properties.

As a Cluster Training Officer, you will be working within the Talent & Culture Department and report directly to the Group Director of Talent & Culture.

You will be:

Coordinating all training sessions within our London businesses

• Meeting the apprenticeships targets across the hotels
• Managing the training budgets across the businesses
• Facilitating training sessions across the businesses
• Responsible for projects as and when required

Essential for our Cluster Training Officer:

• Experience in a previous similar role
• Intermediate written and spoken level of English
• CIPD qualified preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays if required "shift pattern will be applicable"
