* Contribute to a reputation for the quality and calibre of GLL training in our sectors, demonstrating our Better People ethos and career opportunities as an employer of choice.

* Ensure that staff have access to training that ensures a skilled and competent workforce, to support continuous development, progression and career development.
* Create a 'One GLL' understanding and learning culture amongst the workforce and a reputation as an organisation that demonstrates commitment to our people via our training offer.
* Utilise training reports produced by the Training Manager to monitor compliance training, identify gaps, minimise business risks and inform training requirements; completion rates with regard to induction and CPD training; and impact and ROI for specific training initiatives to ensure training delivery.
