  • Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Developer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
  • Demonstrable experience with Salesforce Field Service.
  • Practical experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce integrations.
  • Experience designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

The role

Senior Salesforce Developer - Field Service and Agentforce experience

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic team on a fully remote contract basis.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, with particular expertise in Salesforce Field Service and Agentforce. You will play a key role in designing, developing and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions, helping to optimise business processes and enhance platform capabilities.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop and customise Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Build and maintain scalable Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Leverage Salesforce Field Service to develop and optimise field service management solutions.
  • Implement and enhance Agentforce capabilities, including AI-powered agents and automation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and development standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and resolve technical issues.
  • Contribute to technical design discussions and continuous platform improvements.
