Having started life in a 20-seater shipping container at Pop Brixton, Kricket now operates permanent locations in Brixton, Canary Wharf and Soho alongside our award-winning bar concept, SOMA. The group is looking to grow further in London and internationally.

Opened in 2025, in the heart of Shoreditch, is a 120-cover restaurant and bar, housed in a restored Victorian dispensary. It's an evolution of the Kricket brand, featuring our first all-day café and bar concept alongside our signature restaurant experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Bar Supervisor to join the Shoreditch team! Someone who can run the bar with ease and confidence. You will be responsible for enhancing the guest experience by bringing bar knowledge, personality, and bundles of energy! The perfect candidate will support the wider front of house management team by leading the bar team, keeping standards high, and carrying out daily tasks and duties such as opening and closing, stock and ordering.

• An experienced bar supervisor who is confident taking ownership of the bar during service.
• A natural leader who can support, train, and motivate the bar team.
• A team player who is supportive and collaborative with the floor and kitchen.
• A charismatic and engaging personality who understands our brand, team culture, and, most of all, our customers.
• Passion for drinks, service, people, and hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine, with a good eye for presentation and consistency.
• Experience with stock control and ordering is a plus
