The role

What you'll do

Categorising and re-sourcing the correct Mail
Handling telephone queries from clients
Dealing With multiply couriers throughout the day.
Updating client systems( DHL, Pitney Bowes)
Preparing Mail/packages ready for pick up.
Delivering Mail to the clients twice a day.
Assist other team members when and if required.
Porterage duties when needed.
Ensure Post/Packages are being allocated within time scale provided by Client to meet SLA's.
Additional duties as and when requested via the Contract Admin Manager.
